Eind vorig jaar gingen de 2 vooruitstrevende Duitse labels M_nus en Raster-Noton een samenwerking aan die resulteerde in een avond met de titel: Container. Optredens van en jams tussen Alva Noto, Richie Hawtin, Byetone, JPLS en Matthew Hawtin en drie wanden die met 9 projectors worden voorzien van visuals.
Het TodaysArt festival brengt Container als eerste naar Nederland en heeft daarmee meteen één van de headliners te pakken.

Mooie boeking, TA! Ik word altijd een beetje bang van Hawtins gebakken-lucht-projecten, maar met Raster-Noton erbij kan het eigenlijk niet verkeerd gaan. Weet iemand in welke zaal ze dit doen? De Anton Philipszaal, neem ik aan?
Hoe groot wordt TA eigenlijk dit jaar qua locaties? De compacte opzet van het afgelopen jaar vond ik reistechnisch erg fijn, alhoewel de massale installaties in de winkelstraten in eerdere jaren het festival wel meer allure gaven.
Laurent Garnier (official page) PART 1 —We need your help! Rich’s Plastikman Live Show Macbook and his two iPad he’s using for the Live Show were stolen from a hotel room in Paris. It was definetely on purpose – they remember the room service guy coming in and looking surprised at all the technology. Some hours later a security-type looking guy cam…e into the hotel, went straight to their room, opened it with a room card and took everything.
They have everything on security camera – the guy wasn’t from the hotel. With the postings we hope that someone heard about the theft and/or and points us in the right direction. Maybe also the thief notices that people are talking about it and rather takes the money we offer.
Because if you steal something, you WILL tell your friends! It would be really great if you guys could support us by posting this on your website!
