This is my favorite band since the ’80s. I’d quit my job and become I full-time groupie if I could.

2. Cut Copy: In Ghost Colors
Their album is good — but Cut Copy remixes of songs are great.

3. Midnight Juggernauts: Dystopia
I current nod to Giorgio Moroder. Brilliant.

4. The Black Ghosts: The Black Ghosts
I stumbled across these guys early in 2008. I had no ida they’d hit so big. They deserve the recognition.

5. The Ting Tings: We Started Nothing
Apple and iTunes knows a hit band when they feature them. I am looking forwa rd to their sophomore release.

6. Ladyhawke: Ladyhawke
“Paris Is Burning” has got to be the catchiest song of 2008

7. Lenka: Lenka
So sweet and perfect. Relaxing electro, if you will.

8. School Of Seven Bells: Alpinisms
Most under the radar band of 2008. Think electro shoegaze.

9. Stereo MCs: Double Bubble
Yes. They still exist. And they still rule.

10. Goldfrapp: Seventh Tree
Allison just made my Top 10. At first, I hated the album. After I saw her live, I came to love it.
